To collect, research and record the history of Pickering Brook and surrounding areas so that it can remain as a valuable reference for future generations to reflect on what their pioneering ancestors achieved under extreme hardships.

To restore and preserve early photographic images from family albums and other sources, so that many can enjoy these glimpses of the past.

To interview family members, so as to gather together their stories and record their personal connection with the history of the area.
